Karting HQ offers a 7-day return/ exchange policy on all its items. We recommend opening boxes upon receipt of your order to inspect the contents.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us either by shipping (at your expense) or in person. Please include the order number, purchasers name and phone number and the reason for the return within the 7 day period by email to sales@kartinghq.com.au.

We may require pictures of the product, and the packaging, as well to process your refund.

Goods must be in the condition in which they were received. No refund offered if item has been fitted or assembled or damaged in any way.

Returns which are accepted will incur a restocking fee. Our restocking fee is 15% ($20 minimum) for items in original packaging.

No refund is available on sale items or used equipment.
