Marcus Pisani has led the resurgence of Praga in Australia by putting his Praga Monster Evo 3 101 on the third step of the podium at round 1 of the Australian Kart Championship.
After recording top 10 results in practice, Marcus went on to qualify 8th in the 34 kart KA4 Junior field. Heat 1 saw Marcus move forward to claim 3rd, followed by another 3rd in heat 2 and a 2nd in heat 3. Pisani’s consistent heat results saw him start the final heat from 3rd position and a strong drive saw him hold down 3rd position. After a rough start to the final from the front row, Marcus fought hard to cross the line in 3rd position. Marcus now sits 3rd in the championship and will be looking to carry his momentum into the second round at the Eastern Lions Kart Club on the 17th-19th April.
